I studied to become a holistic health coach, and now help clients achieve their personal health goals in life. I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. In 2019 I completed my training in India to become an Ayurvedic Therapist. I continue to study the Vedic sciences based on Dr. Frawley’s studies in cooperation with the American Institute for Vedic Science.
